How to Submit a Tech Ticket


1.  Click on the “Submit a Tech Ticket” Link.

2.  After you’ve read over the information on when to contact OIS and when to submit a tech ticket, click on the button at the bottom of the page:

3.  Click on A button titled Begin 

4.  Fill in the form completely: Include your name and email, select the issue and be as specific as possible when explaining what’s going on. You can also submit screenshot.

5. Click on   button titled "Review"       for one last look to make sure you've submitted correct information.

6. Click onbutton titled "submit" You will get a confirmation email that your ticket has been submitted and staff member will contact you with any updates and resolutions.
