The JUL is open to TCC students, faculty, staff, and the public with limited seating and computers available.
- Upon entry to any TCC facilities, you will be asked to sign in or swipe/tap your TCC ID card.
- Face coverings are not required for those who are fully vaccinated.
- Study rooms, meeting rooms, and the café are currently closed.
- The children's room is available for limited browsing by individual families.
- Sign in and sanitize your hands at the desk inside.
- The second floor is open to TCC students/faculty/staff only.
- Public library customers are limited to one hour visits on the first floor, at a maximum capacity of 50. See Virginia Beach Public Library’s website for more information about public library services.
