For Faculty

Faculty can use Consensus to quickly review the current state of research on a topic and identify areas of agreement or debate. It’s helpful for preparing lectures, selecting readings, and designing research assignments that begin with clear background understanding. Consensus also provides an easy way to model evidence-based inquiry for students and support classroom discussions with up-to-date, peer-reviewed findings.

Faculty may find it helpful for:

  • Quickly checking the evidence behind a topic
  • Choosing articles or themes for class reading
  • Helping students narrow or refine research questions
  • Introducing research skills in early-level courses
