The machine, punch, and supplies were purchased from American Button Machines through a third-party vendor, Jupiter, who is a "micro vendor." The original purchase was made to be shared between the 4 campuses. Should you want your own set up or need additional supplies, the information is listed below. The prices listed are the American Button Machines prices plus the fees levied by Jupiter Associates. Jupiter is excellent to work with, a micro vendor, quick to respond, and accepts pcards. When looking at a vendor's prices, I generally allow about a 10% increase to cover fees and shipping costs. The original purchase in 2019, for the machine, the punch, supplies for 1000 buttons, supplies for 500 magnets, and shipping came to $663.67.

The original supplies were divided as evenly as possible between the campuses. Resupply would need to come from your annual campus supply budget. Any campus not interested in making use of the button maker, can return their supplies to Christopher Skipper at the Virginia Beach Campus and they will be distributed equitably among the remaining campuses.
