The most important library resource available to TCC students, faculty, staff, and the public is the customer service provided by well-trained, knowledgeable, and helpful professional and classified staff.

• Staffing data is maintained by the Library Management Team.
• ACRL report statistics: $ preservation services, $ all other operations and maintenance expenses (excluding staff)

Need to provide:

• Demonstrating numbers of staff
• need for staff
• training
• surveys of staff
• inventory of tasks, time, and expertise “costs”
