When to Contact OIS

The Office of Information Systems (OIS) supports voice, video, and data services to meet the instructional and administrative needs of the college. Contact OIS when you need assistance with:

  • Hardware (CPU, monitor, keyboard, phones, etc.)
  • Software installation, updates and support
  • Email and TCC network access, including passwords

You can submit a Help Desk ticket to the help desk in two ways:
